How do I cover up my dark circles with concealer? When does it go on?
Carmindy:
Always apply it after foundation. If you put it on before you will wipe it away when you smooth on foundation. So apply your foundation all over your face and under the eyes, chances are you will need less concealer. Then lightly tap on the concealer and set with a very light dusting of translucent powder.

How do I create the smoky eye?
Carmindy:
Start by lining the upper lash line with dark liner. Next apply a lid shade in a dark grey across the lid from the lash line to the crease. Then apply a slightly lighter grey contour shadow in the crease and under the lower lash line. Apply highlighter under the brow and on the inner corners of the eyes and finish off with black mascara.

Is balm, gloss or lipstick best in the winter?
Carmindy:
Is all about the look you are going for. If you choose moist lipsticks and hydrating balms and rich glosses your lips will stay supple even in the cold months. For a natural look use balm, for a polished look go for lipstick and for a fun flirty look stick with glosses.
