Mass market makeup brands long have tapped high-profile beauties to tout their lines, but only one company has Carmindy, the seemingly tireless and radiantly positive celebrity makeup artist best known for her role on TLC's What Not to Wear.
A sun-kissed complexion is an easy way to make teeth look whiter. Brush on a bronzer if your skin is looking sallow, but "avoid ones with gold sparkle, which can enhance yellow," says Carmindy, makeup artist from TLC's What Not to Wear.
Well known for her makeovers on TV's "What Not to Wear," Carmindy helped create the natural and 100 percent paraben-free Natural Beauty lineup.
The makeup artist on TLC's What Not to Wear (and co-creator of Sally Hansen Natural Beauty) shares five favorite tips from her new book.
Power base: Foundations with lifting and firming ingredients plus light diffusers can give the impression of complexion perfection. New York City makeup artist Carmindy is a fan of La Mer the Treatment Creme Foundation SPF15 ($85). "It goes on like a dream and makes every complexion look immaculate, luminous, and better rested," she says.
